With my experience recently with Sennheiser HD800S & Grado headphones mainly the RS2e (GW100 are ok) it turns out my brain likes treble detail but my ears really don't. I will be selling my HD800S for a warmer headphone mainly the ZMF Aeolus once I sell my 800S.
I have been thinking of getting a pair of IEMs for work as I don't really like my Sennheiser IE80S. Is anyone able to recommend a pair of IEMs around £700 and below with a sound signature similar to the Aeolus? I listen to mainly metal and rock and would like a pair with good bass and timbre with non fatiguing highs.
