Hello,
I'm planning on buying a new set of earphones soon. So I'd like some comments and recommendations on sets that are really good.

I'd prefer one with noise isolation, has deep bass and is not too expensive, probably around 40-70 USD. I've read that earbuds isnt so good anymore so I'd want in-ear's. I currently have the creative ep-630 but i dont think the bass is too heavy so are there any other recommendations?

Thanks in advance.

e3c's on amazon. you should be able to find them for about 100 dollars.

you could go for the e2c's for your current price range but i dont think it would be really worth it.

i've owned the ex70's from sony, hx33's from jcv, HJE50's from panny, cx300's from senn. IMO they all have the same fit and sound until i got hte shures, better fit and sound. though IMO the e2c's really lack bass after having owned them for awhile. possibly even more lacking than the cheaper ones, though it's got more detail in the bass.

I have had the E3c and I wasn't too crazy about the bass. When I upgraded from the E3c, I wanted something with strong bass as I didn't find it in the E3c.

I don't have much experience with the dynamic driver IEMs, but they generally have more bass than the armature driven ones. I would probably look for a dynamic driver IEM in that price range, someone should be able to help you out here.

Save some more bread and splurge for one of the SF5's. Pro or EB. EB=extra bass but the Pro are still very good on the bottom end.

I owned the Shure E-3c's for two yrs. until the right hand cord started cutting out. Picked up the UE Super Fi-3s at Radio Shack as replacement. No contest, at a quarter of the price the SF3's are noticeably better. Still lean on bass but much wider soundstage and good clarity. For the money I would go with the SF3's or for more bass the SF5's.

if you're okay with ordering online, then the x3i's are rather good, just nice for me, or the XBi which has even more bass, but many say its too much, but if ep630's were fine then maybe it mite be a good choice
