Hey,

i need some headphones to compliment my N91(best portable sound device ive heard), they deserve better headphones than the ones theyre bundled with, compared to my ipod video the sound on my N91 is amazing even with worse headphones...

my budget isnt too much...im only 16 and my parents buy everything for me, money is not a concern but i feel guilty making them buy me the best of everything so i dont want to go overboard id say around $50-100...but id like the headphones to have a good warranty seeing as all the headphones ive had have broken

my ipod headphones = broken, my nokia headphones = broken, my phillips headphones = broken and my sony headphones = broken

i dont know how they break, they just do thats why id like a warranty and id like a carry case...oh and i dont mind buying from the forums so if any of you have any for sale hit me a pm and id like them to be portable ones not the big ones

Thnx
Mayhs

you might look on the for sale area here. if you don't mind/like in ear monitors, look for shure models(e2/e3/e4). great phones for the price, and used should be even a better value. plus they call come with good cases. im sure others will chime in. good luck.

If your amp is portable, I assume you want portable headphones, too. That means sealed or in-ear. I've never tried in-ear, but for sealed cans:

For ~$50, try the Sennheiser PMX 100.
For ~$100, try the Sennheiser EH 250.

If you don't use the cans outside your home, try the Sennheiser HD 555.

Enjoy!

Sorry, I assumed your N91 was an amp. But it's no big deal: the cans I listed don't require an amp to drive them; the headphone jack on your N91 will do fine.

Ultimate Ears metro.fi 2 (coming soon)
Ultimate Ears super.fi 3
Etymotic ER-6i
Westone UM1

These are great in-ear monitors for about $100. Seriously, there's a load of information on this forum for headphones in this price range.

What about the CX300? You can find those at basically every single large electronics store in the UK, eg Dixons, Currys, etc..

Surprised no one has recommended it, you can see the appreciation thread, but it's a superb hip hop phone, and extremely portable. There's an ebay seller that sells it for 55, but most places have it for 70. US dollars, as a footnote.
