I have a Diablo and use the 4.4 mm port on the back of the unit to accept analogue input from my DAP (as long as there is not a digital source connected to the Diablo). The AK SP2000 balanced output with an adapter sounds incredible through the Diablo to high impedance headphones. This differentiates the Diablo from the Angel for me.

Its obvious if you think about it... the Angel is for IEMs and the Diablo is for Headphones....
The connector output is the main clue...
you can only use IEMs with the Diablo if you purchase the IEM match because the Diablo has too much power for an IEM but that power is what you need for Headphones... the Angel has power for IEMs but not for hard to drive headphones... I'll take the Diablo with a nice DAP or it works great with an iphone too..
