I currently have a pair of ath-m50 headphones, but am looking for something more discrete. I could just go buy a cheap $5 pair, but I still want something that sounds decent. My absolute I would want to spend is $200, less is better of course.

I have heard only good things about the dunu dn-1000. A little under $200, they are triple driver with one dynamic and two BA

Dunu dn 1000 blew my mind after listening them imo if your use to listening to sub 50-$100 then yes you will find the dunu dn 1000 amazing imo

They sound great. the only problem i have with them is that the right tip almost always gets stuck in my ear. Any suggestions on fixing this?

Ask in the impressions thread. Someone would likely be able to recommend other tips that fit your IEMs that you might try: http://www.head-fi.org/t/681435/dunu-dn-1000-dunus-hybrid-iem-impressions-thread. IEMs have different diameters where the tips attach, so you'll definitely want to find the right ones.

You might also consider some foam tips:

Their website would tell you which size if you look up your IEMs.

My Fischer DBA-002s are sublime, although you might not be pleased if you're used to ATH-M50 levels of bass.
