I have two questions:
How does one properly setup up EAC to rip PCM from a CD and then encode that PCM into flac?
And how do you configure EAC to put the the encoded files inside folders in this manner:
Artist folder->Album folder->music
?

I configured EAC the way that the MAREO site told me, but EAC spits out WAV files.
