Just ripped two CDs to .flac files. According to the first's log file, four tracks do not have 100 % track quality. Three say "Track quality 99.8 %" and one is 99.7 %. All tracks say "Accurately ripped (confidence 25)". Near the end of the log file says:

Track | CTDB Status
  1   | (94/96) Accurately ripped

In the second CDs log file, four files are not 100 %. The lowest is 99.3 % and the others are 99.7 %, 99.8 %, and 99.9%. All tracks say "Accurately ripped (confidence 25)". Near the end of the log file says:

 27   | (94/94) Accurately ripped

Will those tracks that aren't quite at 100 % sound audibly different from 100 %? Should I care about this? Does this look like a good rip to .flac?

Thanks.

Most of the time, deviations from the AccurateRip database just involve damaged discs.

This is why I keep both dBpoweramp and Exact Audio Copy installed, since they have different error correction. I only use EAC when dBpoweramp doesn't fix things. dBpoweramp has much better features and ease of use, in my experience, plus it rips faster.

As for whether you will hear a difference...possibly not. The most obvious differences are skips and "glitch" noises from when the error correction wasn't perfect.
