I am still trying to get used to the rolled-off highs, and slight veil of my E500! Anyway, what IEM would give me the sonic signature of the E6i with more bass?

Thanks.

A common complaint levelled at the ER6i. I think the only way to rectify it is to spend more and get the ER4

I'm happy with my ER6i for what I need them for, I like the neutral sound where I can hear the bass plenty without having to feel it too.

I think the "ER6i with more bass" is the standard description of the Audio-technica CK7.

Shure? I'm looking for ultimate transparency. Maybe like K701 IEMs.

I find those a bit big to fit into my ears

Actually, I find my ER6 when used with an amp (PINT) to have adequate bass

Crap, I have one on order. I have the Hornet M, and as far as bass boost, I feel that my D2's eq and MachBass should take care of that. Again, I love the E6i for its transparency, but long for that bottom end.

The Xin bass boost works very well imo. I use it full time with my ER4P which sort of spoils me. I do find that the etys have good bass as is though. I also use ER6 which seem to have more bass ?? -could be my imagination.

For home use you could use an EQ...or this little gem:
