e4c -> Possible to get custom ear molds?

I have a set of e4c's and love them.

I get a good seal with the included tips but have been wanting to get a set of custom ear molds if possible.

Can I do this with the e4c's???

If so ... how would I go about researching an audiologist in my area who might know how to work with this particular IEM?
