I find that I have problem breaking the connection between the cable and the headphone, I have done so with my sr60s previously. I am wondering whether there is an in ear headphone with replaceable cables, I heard the UE products do, and are there other brands that have replacement cabling.

Westones have them too.

how exactly does this work? i think it would really useful to me since i've had over 12 pairs of earphones and they cable has always been dodgy and cut out one side.

Ahh, I was considering westones, but if they dont have detachable cables then forget about it. it's surprising how so many reputable manufacturers, like grado and denon dont have user-replacable cables. im sure plenty of people besides me F them up.
