Well I just got a new phono, the Pro-Ject tube box, and am loving it. But it does make it fairly obvious that my Goldring cart isn't cutting it anymore. I've read Tuberollers "Giant Catridge Shootout" or whatever its called, but the 10x5 and the Denon arent in the comparison.
I've got a MMF-5 >TubeBox>Gilmore lite. I listen to about 80% Rock and Roll(mostly late 60's stuff) 8% Classical and 2% Jazz, but I plan on getting into more Jazz and Classical, so I guess I'm looking for a good all arounder. Sweet Mid's are a must and I'd like for the cartridge to be something that gets my toes tapping.
edit: I just realized I dont even know if these carts are compatible with my stock pro-ject arm. If you know please tell me that also.
