I am debating whether to get a dynamid or dynamight. My current can list is the SA5K (already balanced cabled), CD3k, and the 325i. I might buy a Qualia soon, but that is a big might.

So considering my current tier of cans would any performance gains from the dynamight be small if non-existant?

Yes, I have read the San Jose thread, but TBO, the equipment there is in another league from mine so their impressions do not hold much value to me.

Anyone have any advice? Feel free to pm me if you have any brutually honest opinions.

In case you haven't already, I suggest you read the Santa Rosa meet thread for some thoughts on the differences between the SDS XLR and Dynamight.
