So I recently bought a balanced dynalo made by SFT Audio. One side of the pwoer supply was toast, it looked to be just the cap. Anyway I just rewired it to work off one power supply and get the other one fixed.
Now I was putting in a 4pin xlr . The output wire from the left channel broke off and I saw that they put a resistor (24ohm) why and what is this for.
I'm useing the amp mostly for audeze lcd2. Should I reinstalled new 24ohm or something different.

And wow this amp is just wow. Makes my jotunheim sound like beginner's level
