Can someone from iBasso help? I'm having issues with using the DX340 as a USB DAC, when connecting to a phone or ipad mini I hear clicks and pops when playing a track, changed cables or source didn't solve it, what can I do ?

Also, battery seems to be dripping, not sure I can even get 6 hours out of it with iems.

Is this the common experience? Six hours on iems? It would be rather modest, especially as nearly all units still have rather fresh batteries…

Six hours seems very short, but battery life is not that great for me either. Running it down to zero a couple of times seems to have improved it somewhat, but it also depends on the IEM. Battery usage can be highly different from one set to another.

Idle usage can also vary wildly, probably depending on apps running in the background. I suspect UAPP from sometimes burning cpu cycles at a high rate when not playing any music.

I heard the battery is easy to replace on these. Do you all know the model of the batteries and where to get them?

The batteries are apparently easy to replace. I doubt if anyone has had to do it, yet. Bloom Audio, while out of stock have them listed on their website. I think they'll be the best source when the time comes for U.S. owners.

Lithium batteries do need to be calibrated when new by running a couple of full recharge cycles. Until then the displayed battery level may not be accurate

Bloom and Ibasso had me pull the back off of mine and reseat the battery cable. Its not hard but the tiny connector is nerve wracking. You just have to be slow and methodical. Getting to it is cake. You can reach out to @Paul - iBasso. Im sure he could point you in the correct direction.

I made a guide on how to perform such task. Battery can always be purchased from authorized Ibasso dealers

So what’s the battery life when streaming? I have a slow Sony one that streams… but man it’s slow and I use it more offline due to the battery life. I have a non android one that lasts a lot longer… I think steaming (WiFi) and whatever extra services needed is the biggest battery killer. I was planning on a new DAP for the summer and if the 320 gets me about 7-8 hours of streaming… if not then I’ll mile wait

I received the Amp16 today. Switched of the DX340 and installed the card. However I cannot switch on the DX340 anymore ?!?
Any help/advice would be great. Many Thanks
