I agree it is very annoying.
Yup... this is annoying. There seems to be some sort of time-out to go back to the root folder. If I press back after a few mins it goes back to the previous folder, but after a while it goes to the root.

@Paul - iBasso,

I don't know if this information might be helpful or useful to your software team - but here are a few links with additional information and potential coding solutions for the request to have a skip-forward/back alphabetical index on the right hand side to facilitate quick scrolling up and down long lists:
https://www.survivingwithandroid.com/android-listview-sectionindexer-fastscroll/
https://github.com/codexpedia/andro...phabet/tree/master/fast_scroll_with_alphabet1
https://github.com/codexpedia/andro...phabet/tree/master/fast_scroll_with_alphabet2
https://medium.com/@mail.shaktisinh/alphabetic-side-index-in-android-ed3c4e3cda67

If the Mango player coding were modified to incorporate this feature it would be a huge improvement in quickly navigating long lists of songs, albums, artists, etc. There might be areas of the Android Mode outside of the Mango player itself that this could apply to as well.

Hoping this request is being taken seriously and maybe even coming in the next FW release for the DX220...

Cheers,
Tim

In Pure Mango OS player, rename playlists.
If not already suggested.
Thanks...

Yes indeed - asked for it here along with some other enhancements: https://www.head-fi.org/threads/dx220-thread-for-software-requests.906199/post-15474828

Their track record of improving and enhancing per the requests in this thread is far less than stellar - I am still hopeful that they will see the benefit to not only the DX220 but their other devices and future offerings to make the user interface more friendly and efficient. The sound quality is fantastic...

Cheers,
Tim

In Android Mode you can rename your playlist and then go back over to Mango Mode and import them - the playlist names will then show up in Mango Mode!

Give it a try...

Cheers,
Tim
Will try, thanks

It worked.
On android platform: Mango Player, set my playlist
Exit, go to Mango OS
To locate:
Directory; internal storage; ibasso; mango player; playlist; android; _______.m3u
Import playlist?
oh yeah....

Now if iBasso would look into my request to make this process much easier, etc... We can only hope.

I really like the Mango player ui in the android platform.
If this could be brought into the pure Mango OS,
Fantastic SQ
Fantastic UI...

Hi
DX220 MAX continously disconnects from wifi router standing 2m away when screen is off.
This is annoying with any streaming app like Amazon Music HD.
With screen on it's not happening.
Can this please be urgently fixed through a firmware update?
