I'll let the buyer post his full impressions of it if he wants, but I will share that he was overwhelmed by it. The words he used were "endgame" over amp8 and that it "ruined" amp9 for him.

I do sincerely wish more people could hear these mods.

Overwhelmed for sure! Buried by the sound and enjoying the music!
I'm going to reserve further words for now as I'm still pulling impressions and comparing among Amp8, Amp9, and Amp8EX-P. Then, I can only hope to articulate some additional words as clearly, beautifully, and detailed as the sound emminating from this modified amp; which is undoubtedly an impossible task, but I will try to soon.

I have the AMP8 mod from Fidelizer, but I am really curious on you're impression from this one with the AMP8EX-P.

Yeah sorry guys, works been pretty much 16 hours a day for me the last few months. I took a week off last week and ended up working 3.5 days. I got 30mins hobby time last night to strip down my Plenue M2 while the wife watched some garbage on tv. I wouldn't want take on dx220 mods and have you waiting ages. I'm on a recruitment drive at work so as soon as i have more staff i will get more time

I think it is an Amp8 of certainly superior quality, but frankly the price is not very moderate.

Is someone noticing some sound quality improvement with the latest Neutron music player "All to DSD" function?

I am getting a hiss while using that. So reverted back to normal.

Still waiting for new firmware updates on Amp9 for extra power without hotswapping It is a little bit underpowered currently, I’m on 125/150 High Gain on SR1 and Kanas Pro which are all fairly to drive phones, tried TinHifi P1 but 150/150 can barely reach my listening level.... Or am I losing my hearing
