I’m using ibasso ca02 for a long time
In my opinion wire adaptors can change sound signature of iem+main cable (of course if you use good custom cables)

Yes... u re right... it gaves sound colouring... for me, not significant... but it's there... this adapter act like additional resistance...

I use an adapter 4.4 to 2.5 made by Trident Audio Cables which sound perfect to my ears and absolutely no microphonics.

Everything affect the sounds, even a solder joint.....but if you keep getting these to bother you. You will not be enjoying the music.

Honestly., I do not understand all the negativities about the Dx220 UI and speed. It never bothered me , not even the dx200

Too many expectations brought on by cell phone performance.

I think that's the same reason for so much stuff about streaming too.

Streaming is okay until you see the wasted bandwidth.
Even with MQA, an album can waste around 800ish MB of bandwidth.

I wouldn't know about streaming, I simply won't use it. (I have a jones about actually owning the media). But there seems to be a bit of angst written about it in every dap thread. But to each their own. And like Whitiger I don't see the problem with the UI.
