Well I received my Valentinum DX220 case today. A couple of people asked me to give some impressions, so here goes.
Valentinum is based in Kyiv in the Ukraine, I placed my order on the 07th of October and requested it in brown not black.
He started work on it almost immediately and shipped it on the 10th and it took a week to reach me in the UK.
The quality is brilliant, It fits like a glove and is open in all the right places. I particularly like the screen cover, which you can request he doesn't add.
It is the little details that make it good like the magnetic clasps on the top flap and the screen cover and also the cut out so you can easily reach the android drop down menu.
The leather looks like "corrected grain" leather, while not the best grain it is perfect for this sort of application. Same sort of leather most cloths , wallets and bags are made of.
I would highly recommend this case. Way better than the Miter or stock cases. Some pictures:

The Valentin Valentinum case is currently my favorite, real leather with a decent design and protection at the top with good price value ratio.
Would be interested in impressions when you got it.

I would like to tag @Paul - iBasso into this ideas to bring forth the “Fan-Limited Edition” of the combination DX220 and Amp8 under the EX-modifications. Then it would be possible that Ibasso May be able to pull it off from their own chain of productions with a limited run. For example, a 150-200 units or so.

maybe Paul would be interested enough, and maybe we need to put in a down payment to kick-start it forward ? Idk, but one thing for sure is that if we gathered enough interests, It would for sure demand some answer

to start this off, we probably need to sign a petition. If so, please follow this as Copy and Paste onward.
