And I thought $50 was expensive for an adapter!! Although it looks really nice and very functional. I just started using the Ibasso CA02 and it's awkwardly long.

yup, I have CA02 and also tried other similar adapter (like Effect Audio), and I also find them awkwardly long. Thats the reason I bought this and keep CA02 for desktop use :)

Hi,
I just encountered a weird issue using Lurker new firmware. I have been using Mango OS most of the time but decided to switch to Android mango player today. I have no problem playing flac 16/44, 24/192 or wav 24/352. However, when I played DSD or flac 24/352, there is no sound even when the music is playing. All these works in mango OS. I tried factory reset and the same problem exist. Did anyone encounter this issue?

I reset and reinstalled the latest ibasso firmware, retested the Android mango player it is working fine. I will try Lurker firmware again later.

Does dx200 have bad wifi interference?? When using Tidal as streaming over wifi do you hear static or any other noise at all?

There will be "static" from Tidal soon enough.

Sorry, but I had to release 2.9.209-L1. The changes are:
  • Problem resolved: Mango can't play DSD in 2.9.209-L0.
  • Problem reported as resolved: those "cracks and pops" while track changing in Tidal, Spotify etc. Same solution as in 2.9.198-L1 back again.

By the way...

This time I even performed some tests with Bluetooth headphones, to be sure BT audio works correctly.

Mango Player plays only 16/44.

UAPP and Neutron play up to 24/192 via their direct drivers!

Hiby Music, being used without USB Audio, converts all to 16/44, and, as such, plays just fine all supported formats, including DSD.

So, if, for a reason, you want to use BT audio, just use Hiby, Neutron or UAPP, to play everything you have. Of course, it is about usability only, and nothing regarding quality :)

I love rhe neutrality of this DX200. My music sounds outstanding. Some earbuds don't cut the mustard now but I have other daps for them

I don’t use IEMS but hissing with amp modules are never there for me.

If you like speedy bass and tightest energy, nothing beat Amp3

Musicality ? Nothing beat amp4S

Between Amp3 and Amp4s = Amp4 LOL

Tried AMP3 today because of your post. Have to say that I'm liking the sound. Still airy and clean like AMP1 but with more musicality.

Somewhere in between AMP3 and AMP4s sounds very promising. Now, just have to find one. >.<

Personally Amp4s sounds incoherent to me. Instrument placement doesn't sound right. I'm surprised that I am actually preferring Amp 1 and 5. Just me though.

I totally understand what you mean - sometimes it sounds like I'm in a cave. Hoping that burn in solves this 'problem' but so far, AMP4s is still the one that makes my feet tap.
