Will do, can’t wait to hear the Andromeda with the Amp 3 . Thanks Jae
Paul has mentioned in this thread previously that there were no plans to. However, things do change and maybe iBasso will have a change of heart.
What is the connector for balanced output of the DX200 and what is the soldering guide for terminating it? Thanks
iBasso uses the same 2.5mm TRRS wiring as does A-K: Tip=R-, Ring 1=R+, Ring 2=L+ and Sleeve=L-
Unfortunately, there is not yet a standard used by all manufacturers for balanced connectors.
Still waiting for news about the copper and titanium versions.
Paul don't let us down.
What do you looking for ? DX200 with Amp3 excellent I enjoy it every day
Hi Paul, any news on the AMP4?
Well i prefer the look of gold plated copper
If you are rush, try go to university lab. There should be Chem Sci guys who can do anodizing surface for your dx200.
I follow all the above settings but not able to play DSD files, please advise what did I missed out. Thanks Burt
It is right around the corner.
I have a few troubleshooting questions to help figure this out:
1. What firmware version are you using? Stock or Lurker0 modified?
2. What version of Neutron are you using?
3. What type of DSD file are you trying to play? DSD64, DSD128, etc. I need to know the sample rate.
4. What happens when you try to play the file? Do you get white noise or does playback not even start?
I am now the proud owner of the infamous Ibasso screwdriver and also the fine Amp 3 that came with it. Having a last listen to my old friend Amp 1, before its retired to the Amp 3 box and I think I may be in for another late night of “just one more track”
Finally in your hands in UK now. Congratulations.
Soon you will place two more orders, AMP4 and AMP5
Here's a dumb question, as I haven't made a balanced cable before, Is there no ground connection to the iBasso with this plug? I thought all balanced circuits required a separate ground?
