Salut, I have the DX200 and I had Fiio x7 mark II, both are good players, it all depends on your preference and synergy with the headphones. The battery on DX200 is easy to replace and it only cost 15$ to order it from Ibasso. If you go Ibasso you need to try Fidelizer firmware. I am Romanian as you and if you are interested I have my Ibasso DX200 with Amp 1, Amp 5 and Amp 7 for sale. Shoot me a PM

I finally chose between iBasso and Fiio. I bought iBasso ..... iBasso dx220.

    Hi there!

Just got my DX200+amp1 with burn in time around 100 hrs then start using amp3 for another 30hrs. Seems like not powerful enough to drive ie800s (vol up to 75 still can't give a satisfied sound stage)
Need more burn in time or ie800s just not fit with dx200? Anyone paired ie800s with dx200+amp3 can share your view? I m listening to orchestral music, any recommendations for IEM to pair with dx200? Tks

after updating dx200 from android 6.1 to 8.1 with TOOL it wont turn on, update was sucsess, but dx200 swows only a dx200 and this is it. It wont turn on. what should i do?

You could update again from the android tool or reboot holding the power and play button at the same time. There is a menu that you scroll through once you hold them down long enough. You can use the volume control to go to Wipe Date/facotry reset.

can you please give me link to correct android 8 update. i accidentaliy loaded fidelizer rom with tool and now its all messed...

I used the official update from their web page, for Oreo or you can use the Beta, go down the Download page to find Android 8.1 Oreo. The Beta also works fine and then update normally to the latest firmware from their site using the SD card.

should i use factory tool or sdcard? how long do i need to whait when its updated from tool? it says sucsess but dx200 is staying on screen forever.

It takes 10 or 15 minutes to update. You said you used the wrong software to update with.

Yes, but then i revert it to android 6.1 with TOOL. And now i trying to get android 8.1. Did those 10-15 mins, dx200 ned to be connected to pc after update is complete in tool? Thank you.

I don't think, once you have the new firmware loaded, and the DX is updating to the new Android it needs to be connected but it was a long time ago I did this. Just leave it connected as that isn't an issue.

    Hi everyone

Can someone advise me which one work best with dx200, 16/44 flac/wav or 32/192 flac/wav?

I would say anything will work at its best.
