Is your DX200 on 6.1 or 8.1 Android? If still on 6.1 you will have to update it with the Official 8.1 download that requires the flashing of 8.1. There are instructions for how this is done in the download. There is a .img firmware to be used with the tool you use on a PC for the update and you have a USB driver that is also download for this. It is all in the one download that you unzip. When downloading the regular newest update, you unzip that download and then there are instruction for putting the new firmware zip file that shows in the folder that is placed on SD card and what the change are with the new firmware.

Ok thank you guy I'm under Android 6.1, so if I understand for the first update on 8.1 I need to download the zip file with Windows tool included inside

Uhm, es9038Pro would be too much power consumption for even a desktop ...took them a while to do it properly.

Maybe, maybe not, the Cowon Plenue L has 1 x es9038pro running successfully in a small DAP so would have thought a larger unit could handle 2 of them? Might need a car battery though if going twin nutube also :)

And don't forget the rest of the rumor: 2tb onboard storage and three card slots!!

Absolutely :) and also modular everything like this: :)

I think AK also have 1 that run single ES9038Pro. But 2x will be another story :D, you would need double the sizes of Dx200 for beginning, for battery ....just a visual example LoL! But who knows....Ibasso is awesome as I didn’t think they could pull off Es9028Pro 2X in a DAP either.....none other on the market do.

Let’s just say, none of those DAP that has 9038Pro inside is doing DSD512 either.

So it comes down to a point, you can put a V12 engine in a corolla, but it wouldn’t perform the same as if it was to fit in a Ferrari ? However, Dx200 also handle DSD512 effortlessly as we already know, they pulled off all of the features !

Don’t believe those modules. The one thing I can tell you is that brass pins is horrible for Data conductivity and it precision + accuracy ....I had been there, and witnessed similar :)

For sound quality purposes, 1 single board is everything you would want

Absolutely, if anyone can ibasso can :) everyone is still playing catch up years later :)
Colorfly U8 is using 2 x ES9038Q2M (mobile version) and doing DSD512 not sure how well though.

It goes against all sound quality logic but it still intrigues me as they make some great sounding kit :)

The Colorfly use a proprietary chip Colorfly A Alpha, not ES9038
