Need some help, tried the search & Ibasso with no immediate help. i recently got the dx150 and all of a sudden the top portion of the touchscreen has become unresponsive. Specifically the area the brightness slider is. I factory reset & reflashed to v1.06 (with android 8.1 os) to no avail. I can pull down the notification bar and actually see that i am touching the slider (it shows the touch highlight) but it will not move horizontally. Any ideas would be appreciated.

If the bottom of the touchscreen works there is a chance that the screen needs to be recalibrated. I'm not sure how this is done with iBasso products, but it usually involves a factory setting and then touching the corners of the screen to set the limits. If the screen doesn't respond to touch at all then chances are it has been disconnected via ribbon cable or some other damage.

I would try and reach out to iBasso and see if they can guide you thru it.

I was hoping thats the case but find no option to do so and can't seem to get them to respond.
