The all-new DUNU Studio SA6 has officially been released worldwide!

It has been both a whirlwind and a blast since we announced the Studio series. Thank you all for waiting patiently. Over the past couple of months, we experienced higher than expected demand for the SA6 and worked on re-packging both the SA3 and SA6 for the global market. We also encountered some trouble with scaling up the mass production speed on the completely handmade SA6. However, with the efforts from our engineering department and packaging engineers, our dealers are getting shipments in any day now!

We are also very excited to announce that MusicTeck will be our launch partner in the US for the Studio SA6! MusicTeck is always very plugged into the head-fi community and are a great partner. I got the email from musicteck earlier. Really looking at the sa3 because of money. Both look great, love the blue. Hows the noise isolation?

Isolation is quite good with the SA3, of course it will be tip dependent.
I find despite it's smaller shells, the SA6 isolates better with its apparently acrylic shells (vs plastic on SA3 it appears).

A buddy of mine is in the market for new IEMs. I'm trying to talk him into the SA6 (purely so I can try them out too, LOL). I've never been a fan of all-BA setups, but willing to keep open the possibility someone will eventually make a set that I like. I mean, technology and better understanding of tuning should catch up at some time. Maybe it's now, with these.

Doing some listening to SA6 out of DX160 tonight and it's a very nice pairing, very articulate with punchy bass!

SA6 ordered in dunu authorized store on Aliexpress since november 27th... No tracking, seller doesn't respond to my requests.... It's shameful from a seller who is authorized by dunu. Your products are good but, without service, they loose their value. Very disapointed

Sorry to hear about your troubles. It's possible the seller has been very busy from Black Friday sales; after all the order was placed on that day, and it would be a very busy time for any retailer.

We should definitely do better, however. If by authorized store you mean this store (Link), should you send us a private message or e-mail detailing your current attempts to message the seller, we can try to facilitate communication.

From our end, we've taken multiple steps to improve the quality of customer service as a whole, especially through our factory direct sales and our directly-linked retailers, but we admit we still have a ways to go. We promise to concrete steps to discuss with the seller to improve the speed and quality of communication with consumers.

Thank you so much for your reply. Yes, it is this seller. I have ordered vérité dunu dk2001 on an unauthorized store on Aliexpress this summer. Tracking, service and delivery very fast. Dk2001 awesome! And i wrote a review for these in chifi.fr. i love your products. But no tracking, miserable service from the seller is a shame for you. And you have mentionned the authorized seller for the warrantie on twitter. I've also respond to these twitts. A mail has already been sent to you. Please understand me.thank you
