Hello! I am trying to replace my cables on the DN-2002. It is the first time I am removing MMCX cables. There is no manual, no notice or any information given with the IEMs. When I look online, it seems with shure, accutone or others, you simply need to press your fingernails between the connector plug and the earpiece.
That doesn't seem to be working. I did find a russian video that seemed to do it, but I don't speak russian

Did anyone here do this? I also sent a mail to Dunu in Taiwan. I'll see if I get info that way.
