I'm planning to buy a DAP to use with my Dunu Dn1000...What is the best bang for the bucks (around 100-200$) ??

Used iBasso DX50 or new XDuoo X3, or FiiO X1. Personally I think the XDuoo X3 is pretty good. Supports a great DAC, dual card slots.

Here's the thread.

I need help from you guys.
Yesterday the left part of my Dunu Dn-1000 stopped to work...the days before I've heard lower level of sound and then It died.
The cable outside is Ok, the metal plug and the driver seems Ok...I guess that there is something broken inside the cable.
Are there some trick to try repairing this awesome earphones?

I hope it was a painless death.

If you're still under warranty you can contact the seller you purchased from or in any matter contact Dunu via email.

See if they can help you in some form.

It's out of warranty.
Does anyone have some tricks to solve my issue (the music doesn't come out from the left driver anymore)

As Paulus mentioned, I would consider the XDuoo X3 quite an upgrade from Sansa Clip with DN-1000.

While I haven't tried the pairing personally I know both IEM and player well, I believe it should sound quite clean and spacious because XDuoo X3 has a wide soundstage more so than some expensive players, add that with DN-1000 stage it will be a great match. XDuoo X3 runs in the same realms as iBasso DX50 and FiiO X3II for lesser price.

Please find the XDuoo X3 thread here.

Damn it dude, if only I hadn't bought myself some OnePlus Icons.

I'd defo consider the DN1000. How hard are they to drive? Would a smartphone be sufficient?

Very 'very' easy to drive. 10ohm, more importantly you want a source with relatively low output impedance.

They're pretty a great hybrid Dunu DN-1000, highly recommend.
