nice work. It's great watching a project like this evolve from a simple idea.

The case is a bit of a waste though, it looks like it would fit nicely into a smaller hammond case.

I'd show you mine (which is in a hammond case) but I don't have anywhere to host pictures :S Note that it is my first amp.

if i ever get the urge to mount the pot at the back of a pcb and think of using a shaft extender, please kick me

im already working on a v2 of the boards, they will be much more user friendly

but for the first time i've ever gotten boards made from something of my own design, they turned out good

Since that power transformer (EI core too) and AC wiring looms so close to the input, I wonder if you notice any hum? Try running RMAA and see if you observe any spikes at 60Hz and its harmonics in the noise plot.
