anyone have some dt770s with a cardas cable upgrade? any difference? better or same as darthbeyers? I dont really care about them being wooded and looking great, i just want a cable upgrade and make them sound better. Should I go with darthbeyering them but without the wood, or should I go with carda cabling them?

With dt770 - you want to think Silver. They are almost a polar difference from the other 2 top Beyers.

I think you have to state what kind of sound you prefer and where you want to be improved, so others will not know if Cardas is suitable for you. Every cable has its characteristics and everyone has his own favorite on the type of sound, so there is not any exactly answer. It depends...
