$150 is pretty normal internet pricing for a dt770. People buy them at that price point all the time. A lot of the time you can tell the salesman at Guitar Center that you can get it online for $150 and they'll match the price.

really? if you know of any other places that sell that low or lower please do tell. every place i've looked wants at least $200.

I bought mine from nordeq1 on ebay. He/she always has them for sale there for $149. There's one for sale there now, with free shipping. I had a 100% positive experience with that seller.

Got lucky and nabbed my 600 ohmers for $110. =D

Try to get a good price on the FS forums. I paid $120, and I've seen them go for less (as you can read above).

can get them even cheaper used at ebay too~ infact i regularly seen them cheaper there than at the FS section here

I watched eBay for about 2 weeks before I bought mine, and most open-boxed/used DT770's ended in the $95-105 range, with a few randomly shooting up to $130ish.

If you don't mind used and have a little patience, you definitely can save yourself 1/3rd off of the "regular" price (of $150).
