I've had the 250 ohm version before and wondered how much different the 80 ohm version is. I'm looking for something non-fatiguing but still detailed. Would the 80 ohm be more up my alley? The 250 ohm wasn't necessarily too bright or anything, I'm just looking for something with a warmer sound signature without going into K240S territory...

So should I go for the 80 ohm version since I've never tried it, or go back to the 250-250 and give them another chance?

He clearly favors the 250 ohm version over the 80 ohm. However, we are all different, and maybe also the amp must be factored in. I think the reviewer clearly stated he is a Grado guy btw. I'm not.
