DT231 or SR-60

I'm looking for a cheap portable can that sounds good. Isolation isn't that big a factor, but it does have to be comfortable. I khow a lot of people rave over the Grados, but I've also heard that they are not all that comfortable. You can get other pads for them yes, but does it make that big a difference.

Also, what are you opinions on the Beyers? How do they sound compared to Grados? Headroom says that they are circumaural, is this true and how comfortable are they?

As additional info, they will be used through a PCDP without an amp.

both got very good sound, but i like dt231 more for portable, block a little bit(grado dont block at all). More comfy and if i remember rite, easier driven. Also i think the Beyers are more durable. And i think they got single cable out of left side.

I'd go with DT 231's very durable,comfortable and affordable. I have three pairs of Beyer phones!!!
