for my last art project this year i'm doing a piece on my dreams. i'm trying to keep a diary of what i've dreamed

last night, a dreamt about a pair of sennheiser 650. this is what happen.

i was sitting in a cafe in my old town of Newquay, and i saw two italian men walk past (don't ask why italian) and one had a pair of HD650's.

i ran after him and showed him my Go-Vibe V5 and HD25 set up, and asked if i could have a go on his 650's. i followed to his launderette (don't ask)

the sound was lovely, clear but i remember thinking that there wasn't enough bass.

then he got a little agitated and i left.

according to dreammoods.com this is the explanation for dreaming about headphones.

Headphones

To dream that you are wearing headphones, indicates that you are the only one getting the message. It also indicates that you are in tune with your intuition.

anyone else dreamt about headphones.

Tonight I had one of many headphone dreams, I was dreaming that I had got a pair of ms2 and boy did they sound great, crystalclear, wide soundstage and so exiting

Lets hope that this is the sound I get when my dt990arrives! unfortunately I can't remember any other headphone dream, dreams seems to fade away from the memory after a while.

Quite realistic except the soundstage

I also have a very active dream "nightlife". I seldomly dream about fons as main theme, but almost any place I visit has some fons lying around in the vincinity (mostly big Senns). They have become somewhat omnipresent, but I don't pay much attention to them.

I once had a dream I was listening to a pair of RS-1s in a nice convertable. When I woke up, I cared more about not having the headphones than the car

A couple weeks ago i had a dream that I'd tried something on my CX300's that seemed really clever at the time but totally destroyed them.

I woke up with this powerful urge to find a ripping great deal on something with an armature driver. It took three days to shake it.

according to freud, dreams function as wish fulfillment, so surprise surprise, you are lusting over a pair of hd650's!
