Hey Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone had any negative things to say about using custom moldings with their IEMs? Probably not, I'm sure. I've seen a thread or two questioning them in regards to your ear canal changing shape over the years. But other than that is there any reason not to consider customs? Other than the fit (which , of course, effects sound) what are so much better about them?

Thanks in advance.

Resale value, which is = nothing. They are for you and only you. A lot of folks (especially here) like to buy new toys every few months and move on.

Its true, you are stuck with the Iem forever, which may be a good thing, as it does keep you from upgrading.
