Don't listen to radio without headphones,(ie on speakers) or you might get sued.

I thought RIAA had it bad, but it seem that our friend from the other side of pond, the PRS, is doing their best to "outsmart"

In short, They are suing a garage because employees use personal radio in their shop and since colleagues and customers that go near them can hear the radio, they claim it's public broadcasting of music.

i heard that people blasting their ibuds in public will be sentenced to 5 whiplashes for illegal music sharing and self-destruction

its like the lagacy law of not being allowed to record off the radio onto casette.
