I find that The Twist works best for a new source.

I try not to dance with my headphones on, so as to not step on the cord. But I do a little shimmy shake in my chair.

Edit: HAHAHAHA. After posting I was staring at the R10 hamster, and he was hopping PERFECTLY in time with the song I was listening to. Man, it was surreal.
