   Randomly i will get a feint high pitched sound coming out of my headphones that slowly gets quieter and quieter until it goes away. Almost sounds like a cartoon bomb falling(minus the explosion) it happens alot with youtube and mog after pausing or turning down the volume on a video or song for some reason. Im hoping its just static/interference from my PC. Anyone have this issue?  Pc-Bifrost(toslink)-Project Sunrise II-He-500

It sounds like the Tubes warming up.  With a tube amp you can expect some noise like this especially if the amp has been off / inactive for a while.
 
It could also be bad tubes or bad caps so keep an eye out if it gets worse you may need to do some fixing.

hmm ok, yeah the tube/amp are brand new. Ill have to pay attention to if i can still hear it after a few hours of playing. Thanks.
