If shure has a certain sound signature, does it apply to all the shure headphones (IEM)?

If I like one sennheiser headphone's signature, am I going to like all (or most) of the sennheiser headphones as they have the same signature?

You'll find some brands tend to retain a similar house sound, Shure's full-size headphones do, Grado, Sennheiser. Often thier tonality preference is similar between thier individual products. . Grado bright, Shure brightish, Sennheiser warm (bare HD800). But their tuning is often different overall enough you may really like one and not another from the same maker.

Many do, but it is sometimes more true within various lines offered by a brand.  Different product lines by the same company can sound quite different.
 
Some companies just rebrand (or make small modifications to existing products) other's products.  If they mix suppliers in their line, then similarity is less likely.
