I have emailed them 4 differant times about 3 differant questions I had including a defective cable. I received the auto reply saying email was received and someone would get back to me but thats it. Horrible custumer service. I know some of you will say just call, them but why bother having email if you have no intentions of using it, and waisting your customers time.

ok rant over

Similar experience. I've asked them questions about the availibility of replaceable cables and have been ignored. What makes me even more mad is these emails were sent 3 freakin weeks ago.

Absolutely atrocious. I wouldn't be complaining if I haven't seen numerous accounts telling of identical experiences.

EDIT:
I know. Put it in big bold letters that you own an HE90 in your subject heading. They'll respond then I'm sure.

I have even a better idea, why don't we flood them with emails asking why they don't answer there emails, it might be ironic though. Maybe this in the title, What stop ignoring me. LOL

Seriously though, something like that would stop me from buying another Senn product.

I feel like I'm at an Alessandro thread! This is exactly the same thing we talk about when discussing calling or e-mailing Alessandro!

I wonder how many folks are at Senns-USA?

...Alessandro has about three.

hmm, I don't think it's a small amount by any means. So that's another product I won't consider buying. Good to know thanks

I think Sennheiser purposely spent a long time to prepare and perfect their products, so that way no one would complain about something not working. Seriously! It beats having to look at people's emails. Boycott Sennheiser? Pssshhh...what is next? ...Oh, I hate Al Gore and his "save the earth" soliloquies! I am no longer buying a single car with an engine under 12 cylinders!!! Yah, that oughta teach that @#$@#$@#! Huzzah!

I believe Senn's prefered method of communication is the phone. I was able to get a reply to an email a couple months ago, it said to *call them.* Annoying, yes. I'm assuming that they haven't justified the staff to answer all the daily emails from information hounds like us. Phone calls have a limited thru-put.

"Your call is very important to us. Please hold for our one and only representative."

That's all well and good and I agree with you, but if that's the case than they shouldn't offer email as a form of comunication. It just doen't make sence to me.

My own experience was quite good with Senn. I did the in-warranty repair request via email found on their site. I got no fewer than 5 emails from a rep there who was really helpful and ensured the repair was done for free (stretching the in-warranty definition a bit). Maybe summer break has hit . . .
