I was a nut for Civ2, but by the time Civ3 came out my job had become too demanding

. When I get home after a full day of planning, tech work and office politics, I don't want more careful planning and politics in my game...maybe if I go on a long vacation, I'll get to enjoy Civ again. These days I play FPS and RPGs.

No, that would be Empire Earth.

And that makes CivIII the best TBS.

And jlo, the money trick also works if you're the small nation. Just go to war, ask for a treaty and 999999999999..... per turn. They will even agree to give you all their cities! A bug i am sure.

Mechwarrior 4 RULES! I play up to 16 other players, or in teams on the internet with my DSL connection. Awesome.
