I have an odd issue.
I want to use my ipod with turbodock in my car. Unfortunately, the output is too high from the Ipod's line out so I get distortion/clipping/whatever when running it into the line in jack of my car.
Can I buy a attenuating mini-to-mini cable? Does such a thing exist? I really like going line-out because going through the headphone jack is so prone to getting bumped and causing drastic accidental changes in volume.
An inline volume control seems to defeat the purpose of going lineout--but I guess I could settle for that if I knew of a high quality one (perhaps I could just fix the slightly reduced volume in one position).
Anyway, any suggestions appreciated!
