I already bought the amp, and its on the way, but I dont know if it will be able to drive DT770-250 to its capabilities. Im really looking to get a Larocco Deluxe PPA but I was hoping on using it on my music setup, but I can make the swap for the perreaux and use the PPA for the DT770, since the perreaux have had good sinergy with the CD3000. What do you think? is the PPA a better match for the DT770s can it drive better higher impedance heaphones than the Perreaux SXH1?

from the specs provided for the Perreaux yes it should be able to drive the 770 quite well.
How well it drives it is another thing altogether,
i will let some others who have used it in that particular setup advise youo regarding the sound.
The impedance is 250 ohms on these and the SXH1can drive HD 600's quite well.
although i reckon u will hate the volume control knob
Its just well knobby and too small.
then again you might like it
