This came up in conversation, and I thought a poll might be in order.

Well, do you have Head-fi set as your homepage?

Call me crazy, but I do.

The computer I use is not mine, so the home page isn't really up to me.

However, even if I was the only/main user of the computer, I don't think that I would set it as the home page. I kind of enjoy typing it in as my destination, especially since I have gotten so good at it.

Of course, doesn't everyone! Actually, it's the home page on my laptop. The online uiniversity that I manage is the home page on my desktop.

Ditto. Although I recently compromised by using their 'Personalized Google Homepage' (link here) option, which loads a fair bit slower than Google itself. Still, this way I get Gmail, weather, news, movies, and anything else I feel like right there. They claim they'll add in support for RSS feeds soon, so you can really load anything up.

Same here, then I immediately go to Head-Fi once I know my connection is working.

Firefox has this feature? Where? Is it an extention, or built in?

PS: My homepage is Slashdot.org, but Head-Fi is the third site I visit (after /. and the Vinyl Asylum at Audio Asylum).

I believe the extension in question is Session Saver. I use it if I have a bunch of tabs open and have to close the browser for whatever reason (reboot, etc). I usually like to 'finish' my browsing session before I quit, though, so there's no reason for me to launch the same pages back up.
