Sure, it's called being fickle. I go through it all the time. Even Mark Levinson claims to go through it (although he blames the "digititis" inherent in CD's), so don't feel bad.

Also, I do believe there is a form of depression that would do this. Depression isn't "black or white" -- it's not something you have or you don't -- it's something that you have shades of. It's called "mood".
