bolt san is right, none whatsoever. i think the only way for you to bother other people with the e2c is that they will think you are ignoring them while they try to talk to you, but you couldnt hear them.
It's a canalphone... you'll be able to hear it just as clearly without as much power going through it. Most of the sound is directed into your ear, and has very little way to bouce back out. Unless of course you're listening at dangerous levels, in which I wouldn't be suprised if everyone around you could hear it.
Absolutely no sound leakage unless theres a crack in the canalphone itself. I love these for their isolation and discreetness, they are one of the ultimate closed phones in this respect, IMHO.
