WARNING HEAD-FIERS! Do not purchase Ultrasone's Go headphones! I received a pair from them and they started falling apart. So I had them send me a replacement pair and the same thing started happening, so I just threw them where they belonged - in the trash. I'm not trashing Ultrasone as a company, just these specific headphones. From what I've heard here on this website (I haven't had the money or fortune to try any other Ultrasone headphones), Ultrasone's more expensive headphones are a lot nicer. However, these are simply not on the same level as those.

you might have to go direct to the head branch contacts on this if nothing gets resolved. bad enough you had to wait for the replacement
