Do I need DAC/Amp?

I'm not an audiophile. I just want a little better sound quality for games and music.
I now have a Fidelio x2hr + Realtek S1200A inside my motherboard.
Do I need a DAC / Amp for these headphones or is the sound card enough?
And if i need it, then advise something not expensive around $100.

While your onboard sound chip should work fine for the X2HR, get the JDS Labs Atom+ amp and use a 3.5mm-to-3.5mm cable to hook it up to the onboard sound chip:
