Do Denon AH-D2000 leak too much sound?

IMO If there is activity going on in your home e.g. kids, people doing stuff, tv, etc. and not still and quiet (as my home rarley is) you have to be rocking out pretty darn hard to hear the D2000's leaking. If all is quiet, although they are great cans, they are probably not for you.

maybe look at the Sen HD280s...

While the D2000/5000s leak, they do have great soundstage, as others have already said... And it obviously leaks quite a bit less than the SR225i's... Also, personally, I don't find myself listening as loudly with the D5000's as I do with the SR225i's.
