In January, I bought a Mastech MY-64 to replace my old, wrecked WaveTek DMM. I was a bit skeptical about its quality and accuracy, but it has turned out to be a good product with features that I would have expected from more expensive DMMs. It cost $49 US at my local electronics supply house back then, but I see that it's quite a bit cheaper online (example). At least two other Head-Fiers are having luck with them, as well.

Looks like Lion Electronics in Haifa is a Mastech distributor. I imagine that they are the ones to contact for pricing info in Israel.
