DIY Tube amps

Are there any well-regarded DIY tube amps out there that come with all the parts?

It looks like the Mad Ear+ does - are there others I'm not finding?

I love to build, but I like to have all the parts delivered at once. I'm lazy that way.

Jeff Rossell offers a kit to build the SOHA. I would take a look there for a nice sounding, easy to build amp that isn't very expensive.

There is also the bottlehead.
