I have to wear hearing protection type earmuffs at work (HB-5000, Elvex SuperSonic) and want to add some wiring and drivers. I'm not an audiophile (yet), but would like some advice on what drivers would give me a taste and maybe something that could benefit from an amp in the future.
I want to only use one detachable connection in one of the cans, and have my Y in that can and continue the other channel to the other can... so do the cables need to be the same length for each channel after the Y? Any other pitfalls that I should avoid?
